Whenever we hear Cairo, we probably already have an old film reel rolling in our heads that displays scenarios which are a strange mix between 'The Prince of Egypt' and 'The Mummy'. Cairo is now stuck within our minds as an exotic place we would like to go to one day. True enough, this really is what Cairo really is, a distinctive, fascinating travel site that one would love to visit given the chance. It is been such a great part of our cinematic experience that going to Cairo is sure to be a part of anybody's bucket list. The Mix of Old and New Cairo may have already been portrayed as one of those cities which are stuck in its historical days, but this can't be farther from the truth. The pyramids are still a must-see human-made phenomenon as they still stand beautifully preserved. Maybe you could envision yourself getting a journey while you peruse these ancient burial chambers. It is also a must to take a cruise on the Nile River. Imagine the culture and civilization that sprang from it as you cruise and you'll surely feel overwhelmed.

Cairo Tower Although this really is not a highlighted as the pyramids and the Nile, tourists must visit the Cairo tower. Like Cairo's very own Eiffel, Cairo gives tourists an chance to view the way the city appears from above. It even has a bar and restaurant to facilitate your viewing experience. Just the idea of getting coffee while viewing a city that inspired a lot of iconic movies is enough to make one hop on the next airplane to Egypt.
